Influencing factors of general heat exchange efficiency of the spray chamber based on orthogonal experiment method

For the general heat exchange efficiency of spray chamber, testing results show that the main influencing factors of target-type nozzle spray chamber are the air mass flow rates, water spray pressures, nozzle diameters and nozzle spacing. Based on orthogonal experiment, obtains the influencing level of the factors and the optimal combination. Verifies the reliability of the orthogonal experiment method by multiple regression equations.
